You may well wonder
where this is all leading. What does science have to do with
a Pelican case? Nothing really. It is the scientist himself
that this is geared towards. As in every job, and he does
have a job, you need specific equipment to do it.
A biologist, chemist, microbiologist, anyone involved in a
scientific field, all have special, sensitive equipment they
need to use. The microbiologist will use care with his
microscope because it is his most useful tool. He would not
allow it to be bumped, moved around roughly, or mishandled
in any way.
The
chemist needs his tools stored safely also. Beakers, test
tubes, vials are all made of glass and need to be handled
properly and stored properly so as not to break. Any
chemicals that he works with must be handled with care too.
Some will react with water, some heat and some air.
What happens when either of them needs to move precious
equipment for any reason? How is this accomplished with ease
and care? How to stop the microscope from being bumped?
Glass from breaking or chemicals from reacting?
Take a look at
Pelican Cases. They are made of durable plastic with
tight fitting latches. Pelican Cases can come with foam
inserts for top and bottom, which can be customized to fit
what ever it carries. Heat resistant and waterproof to 30
feet in depth. Some of these cases can also come with
dividers that have compartments that can house any extras
that might be needed.
As mentioned above, the case is heat resistant, but some
care is needed in selecting materials stored inside as
contents can become warm. Unless you plan to throw it into a
blast furnace there should not be any serious problem. After
all, even you could not touch it then!
Dust and dirt do not get inside the closed case. Water will
not penetrate under normal conditions. The case itself can
be scratched, but the contents stay safe. Accidentally drop
it, nothing inside breaks. These cases are built to last.
So that precious microscope can be packed inside a Pelican
Case along with slides and wetting solution . All is safe.
Store those test tubes and beakers inside. Put sealed vials
of chemicals in compartments with confidence. Know that
weather conditions will not harm contents. For while the
case might get dusty, dirty or even scratched, the contents
inside stay secured and safe. So grab a Pelican Case with
confidence and be on your way!
